OSHC REU 6 conducts safety and health orientation for SM Iloilo Workers

Iloilo City – management and staff of SM Iloilo participated in the OSH orientation conducted by the Occupational Safety and Health Center Regional Extension Unit 6 today, January 15, 2016.

Mr. Melveen Melocoton of OSHC REU 6 discussed the safety and health situation in the country, the acts and conditions that pose risks to the well-bring of workers and the pertinent laws and regulations that all companies must comply with.

The OSH orientation aims to spread the word about preventing accidents and illness and assist the management to take proactive actions in order to achieve excellence in managing safety and health at the workplace.
