It is one of the five good housekeeping seals under the DOLE Incentivizing Compliance Program which aims to encourage companies to voluntarily comply with general labor laws and occupational safety and health standards.

Among the criteria for the micro-enterprise category are best practices on workplace improvement, materials storage and handling, work station, lighting, hazard control and welfare facilities. This award puts companies a step closer to international recognition such as the ASEAN-Occupational Safety and Health Network Awards on Best OSH Practices.
